We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Officer to join our team at Richmond Staffing Inc.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and coordinating the selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in human resources software and Microsoft Office.
