Job Summary

Muma Manufacturing Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts and products to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications, and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment, and determine weldability of materials.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to Occupational Health and Safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Occupational Health and Safety Certificate and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Experience with arc welding machines, gas welding machines, and spot welding machines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.
