Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Auto Magic Detail Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality in our car wash services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities

Oversee the daily activities of our car wash team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Inspect Sites and Facilities

Regularly inspect our car wash sites and facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards for safety and cleanliness.

Recommend Additional Services

Identify opportunities to offer additional services to our customers, such as detailing or interior cleaning, and recommend these services to our team.

Establish Work Schedules

Develop and implement work schedules that ensure our team is adequately staffed and equipped to meet customer demand.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

A 30-hour workweek is standard.
