Position Overview

The Car Wash Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the car wash team at Auto Magic Detail Centre. This role requires a strong focus on ensuring quality service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Site Inspection: Regularly inspect facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Service Recommendations: Identify and suggest additional services such as repairs or renovations as needed.
  • Payment Processing: Handle transactions for specialized cleaning services.
  • Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for the team.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 month to less than 7 months in a related field.
