The Benefits and Pension Plan Officer will be responsible for administering benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance. This role will also involve performing clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems, preparing monthly statements, and reconciling accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer benefits, including pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintaining filing systems and preparing monthly statements
  • Reconcile accounts and calculate pension benefits
  • Compile statistics and reports
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Reliability and ability to work as part of a team
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week in a general office setting.
