We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team at Bilsland Griffith Benefit Administrators. As a Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for storing, updating, and retrieving financial data, as well as performing clerical duties such as maintaining filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store, update, and retrieve financial data
  • Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems
  • Prepare monthly statements
  • Complete and submit documentations for administration of benefits such as pension plans, leaves, share savings, employment and medical insurance

You will also be required to compile statistics and reports, perform data entry, and reconcile accounts.

Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work under pressure. You should also have a strong attention to detail and be organized.
