We are seeking an experienced Insulation Supervisor to join our team at Metro Standard Insulation Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Insulation Supervisor will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, and overseeing apprenticeship training. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction and experience in supervising teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Oversee apprenticeship training to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all projects
  • Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong background in construction and experience in supervising teams
  • Basic security clearance
  • Steel-toed safety boots
Work Environment:

The Insulation Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, coordinating with teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
