About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at RONA. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Customers Warmly: Provide a warm and welcoming experience to every customer who enters our store.
  • Assess Customer Needs: Understand customer requirements and provide expert advice on products to meet their needs.
  • Present Merchandise: Showcase products, highlight features, and recommend complementary items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Contribute to Merchandising: Assist in the visual presentation of products, including displays, labeling, and signage.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date on new products, technical applications, and promotions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to Sales Targets: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Adhere to Store Policies: Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures on loss prevention and health and safety.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales: Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Analyze customer needs and provide expert advice on products.
