About the Role

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Rouyn, QC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our commercial and industrial clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide internal sales support to clients and offer technical assistance
  • Receive and process customer orders via phone and email, and conduct product research
  • Communicate with clients about current promotions related to our products, identify and approach potential customers
  • Follow up on submission requests and deliveries
  • Collaborate closely with external sales representatives
  • Perform other tasks necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the branch

Requirements

  • Strong interest and aptitude for customer service, dynamism, and initiative
  • Education or experience in sales or customer service
  • At least 2 years of experience in the electrical industry (an asset)
  • Hold a diploma in electrical studies or equivalent (an asset)
  • Knowledge of the electrical market and products (an asset)
  • Knowledge of control and automation (an asset)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
