We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as Associate Director, Third Party Risk Manager. Reporting to the Senior Associate Director, Third Party Management, you will play a critical role in maintaining and implementing the Third-Party Management governance framework, ensuring compliance across the organization and performing ongoing reviews of its effectiveness in identifying, reducing, controlling, and reporting key Third Party Management risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the group Third Party Management governance framework, ensuring compliance across the organization and performing ongoing reviews of its effectiveness in identifying, reducing, controlling, and reporting key Third Party Management risks.
- Ensure third-party risk management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards, coordinating with Compliance, Operational Risk, and internal/external audit to meet group and regulatory requirements.
- Act as point of contact for Third Party Management related queries and provide guidance and training in line with third party management policy, procedures, and regulations to internal clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee, advise, and support all parties in the performance of ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of Third Party engagements.
- Identify third party management issues and risk trends, agreeing on remedial actions and implementing best practices.
- Assist in maintaining the group records of Third Party Providers and Outsourcing Registers.
- Continuously look to automate and develop the third party management processes for efficient completion of third party management governance.
- Assist in reporting to the Outsourcing and Risk Committees on the third party management governance framework.
- Manage, support, and train other members of the Third Party Management team as necessary.
Requirements:
- Primary level degree in law, business, finance or a relevant professional qualification.
- Prior experience in in-house legal practice, third party management, risk or compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerBi, and other data analysis tools is an asset.
