We are seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at SAP SE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of uptime and Quality of Service (QoS) for our global customers. This role requires a deep understanding of cloud computing, databases, and automation tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, and Ansible.

This is a Hybrid role based out of Vancouver, with 3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week remote. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and handle various projects, deadlines, and changing priorities.

About the Job
  • Provision, monitor, and operate cloud services in a globally distributed team
  • Analyze and solve operational issues, and respond to incidents
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements
  • Partner with local product development teams to design and enhance services
  • Develop automation for testing, deployment, scalability, management, and visibility of our services
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing and Databases
  • Exposure to automation tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
  • Ability to multitask and handle various projects, deadlines, and changing priorities
Salary and Benefits

The targeted salary range for this position is $71,000 - $150,800 CAD per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, flexible working models, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
