About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at Closing the Gap Healthcare Group Inc. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in various settings, including home care and visiting care agencies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing tasks related to patient care and comfort
  • Providing personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Administering first aid in emergency situations
  • Assisting patients with daily living activities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
