As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in developing and managing contracts for our clients.
Responsibilities:- Oversee organizational contract development and management activities.
- Enforce organizational principles of integrity and compliance.
- Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
- Support multiple aspects of the proposal process; pricing, price to win strategies, contracts, subcontracts, assumptions, terms and agreements, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology (IT) or a related field preferred or equivalent year of experience
- A minimum of 6 years of contract management experience is required.
- Experience interfacing with technical teams.
- Thorough knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
