You will lead the development of projects and initiatives that are critical to our organization's success, requiring strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. Your expertise will be sought after by senior leadership and other stakeholders, and you will be responsible for representing Desjardins's interests in various forums.
Your responsibilities will include advising clients and partners on strategic projects and initiatives, developing and updating policies, standards, models and programs, identifying and analyzing major issues, and making recommendations to decision-making bodies. You will also represent your unit before decision-making bodies and negotiate agreements with external partners and organizations.
