Senior Manager, Marketing Planning

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teaming up with the CMO and Marketing Leaders to develop and prioritize marketing initiatives and roadmaps
  • Setting Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the Marketing Operations function
  • Providing administrative and operational support to the CMO, including calendar management and stakeholder engagement
  • Managing the annual marketing budget planning process and overseeing specific projects
  • Liaising with senior leadership to ensure buy-in and approval for marketing initiatives
  • Providing strategic advice on matters of growth, innovation, efficiency, and operations
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, marketing strategy, operations, project management, enterprise analytics, or corporate finance
  • Proven experience in managing a team and effectively communicating executive-level narratives
  • Solid business acuity, professionalism, and integrity
  • Experience preparing materials for executive-level strategic decision-making forums
  • Sophisticated knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
