Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Lead

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst Lead to join our team. As a Senior Business Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for leading business analysis activities across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis activities to deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module
  • Validate all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, business users, and executives
  • Develop and maintain business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the telecom industry
  • Skilled in using business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization tools)
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g.,)
