Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner

At MSC BUILDING & CONSTRUCTION LTD., we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team. As a Construction Site Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sweep, mop, and scrub hallways, floors, and stairs to ensure a clean and safe working environment
• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris
• Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly
• Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy appearance
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Flexibility, judgement, and reliability
