Job Title: Construction Site Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at LG Development & Construction Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working environment on our construction sites. This includes sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners and emptying trash cans.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and scrub floors to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and dirt
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
  • Flexibility, judgement, and reliability
Work Environment:

The Construction Site Cleaner will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

32 to 40 hours per week.
