Job Summary

This is a leadership role at Circle K where you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail store. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales workers and ensuring that customer needs are met.

About You

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who can lead by example and motivate their team to achieve sales goals. If you have experience in retail management and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, assign tasks and duties, and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive shopping environment.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and tracking stock levels.
  • Sales and Revenue: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a retail supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work under pressure.
