About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at Toromont Cat. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all warranty information is accurately entered into our systems, including delivery service records, standard, extended warranties, and any agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter warranty information into DBS/SIMSi systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Enroll extended warranties with Caterpillar Insurance Services and maintain the extended warranty register
  • Validate coverage, charges, and insurance premiums to ensure financial accuracy
  • Maintain and update DBS registration notes file and raise purchase orders for warranty

Requirements:

  • High school/CGEP Diploma in administration/accounting/science or equivalent experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of Cat and dealership systems is an asset
  • Bilingual French and English
  • Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging situations
  • Quality and detail-oriented with good judgment
  • Accountability and autonomy
