**Asset, Safety & Compliance Specialist**

Industry: Intermodal Trucking

**Job Summary**:
As an Asset, Safety, and Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for managing assets and compliance documents.

**Duties**:
**Asset Management**
- Schedule and manage asset repair for Chassis/Trailers and Company Units
- Warranty tracking and processing, claim for warranty on applicable repairs
- Coordinating with Yard team and shunter on moving equipment
- Handle roadside and after hour calls on moving equipment
- Communicate on all policies related to company assets
- Maintain a PO log for all 3rd party vendors
- Analyze all repairs and expenditures related to chassis, trucks and cranes
- Provide data on QI’s/RR’s and safety costs

**Compliance**
- Collaborate with safety compliance coordinator with regard to driver compliance with pre/post trip inspection, CVOR violations related to equipment as well as ensuring driver truck manuals have up to date permits, licensing and insurance documents
- Measure companies CVOR and FMCSA SAFER scores monthly
- Update the data related to equipment/driver compliance to Tenstreet
- Maintain driver files and perform audits
- Update all UIIA and Port RFID tags
- Coordinating and completing Driver random DOT drug test
- Schedule and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize drivers with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Report all DOT, CVOR and PEVL Inspections to the safety Team

**Onboarding / Recruitment**
- Pulling driver abstracts quarterly
- Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired drivers, ensuring all necessary paperwork, training and orientation activities are completed. This includes, but is not limited to Carrier’s Edge Training, Plating Process (Owner Operators), ELD Install & Samara, Creation of TenStreet Profile & Registration at terminals and ports).
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate a smooth integration of new drivers in the organization.

**Skills**:

- College or University Diploma.
- Field of study in Logistics or Health and Safety (preferred).
- 1 year of administrative experience in Health and Safety or Compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented, team player, precise.
- Must be bilingual, fluent in French and English.

**Résumé du poste**: En tant que Spécialiste des actifs, de la sécurité et de la conformité, vous serez chargé de la gestion des actifs et des documents de conformité.

**Tâches**:
**Gestion des actifs**
- Planifier et gérer la réparation des châssis/remorques et des unités de l'entreprise
- Suivi et traitement de la garantie, réclamation pour garantie sur les réparations applicables
- Coordination avec l'équipe de cour et le manutentionnaire pour le déplacement de l'équipement
- Gérer les appels routiers et après les heures de travail concernant le déplacement de l'équipement
- Communiquer sur toutes les politiques relatives aux actifs de l'entreprise
- Tenir un registre des bons de commande pour tous les fournisseurs tiers
- Analyser toutes les réparations et dépenses liées aux châssis, camions et grues
- Fournir des données sur les coûts de la qualité interne et des rejets en raison de la sécurité

**Conformité**
- Collaborer avec le coordinateur de la conformité en matière de sécurité concernant la conformité des conducteurs avec les inspections pré/post-trip, les violations CVOR liées à l'équipement ainsi que la garantie que les manuels des camions des conducteurs ont des permis, licences et documents d'assurance à jour
- Mesurer les scores CVOR et FMCSA SAFER des entreprises mensuellement
- Mettre à jour les données relatives à la conformité de l'équipement/conducteur sur Tenstreet
- Tenir à jour les dossiers des conducteurs et effectuer des audits
- Mettre à jour tous les tags RFID UIIA et Port
- Planifier et effectuer des sessions d'orientation pour familiariser les conducteurs avec les politiques, procédures et protocoles de sécurité de l'entreprise
- Signaler toutes les inspections DOT, CVOR et PEVL à l'équipe de sécurité

**Recrutement / Intégration**
- Extraire les résumés de conduite des conducteurs trimestriellement
- Faciliter le processus d'intégration des nouveaux conducteurs, en veillant à ce que toute la documentation nécessaire, la formation et les activités d
