About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Malco Architectural Millwork. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our millwork products to existing and potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates for millwork products.
  • Oversee the preparation of sales and orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare sales or other contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Promote sales to existing clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Identify and solicit potential clients, building relationships and establishing trust.
  • Represent Malco Architectural Millwork in a professional and courteous manner, showcasing our products and services.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Resolve product and service-related problems, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Advertise and/or promote millwork products, sales, or services, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the millwork industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Windows.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and maintain attention to detail.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a strong work ethic and initiative.
