Must-Have Traits and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and an Accounting Designation (CA, CMA, or CGA).
  • CICA In-Depth Taxation course up to level II (minimum) or MA Taxation.
  • Complete understanding of GAAP and Canadian taxation.
  • 3 to 5 years experience in the tax accounting field in a leading public accounting firm or within the financial services industry.
