Engineering Operations Manager

About the RoleWe're seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Maintenance Manager to join our team in Montreal East, QC. As a leader in our Engineering Operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering operational excellence across every shift, driving a culture of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Champion safe working practices and create a safe work culture
- Set, achieve, and exceed agreed engineering KPIs, including fault reduction and elimination
- Lead a proactive customer-focused culture and drive change initiatives for MHE equipment and process improvement
- Build collaborative relationships with key customers and robust communication links
- Manage operational costs and optimize availability and performance of the facility
- Bi-lingual, strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Minimum 8 years' relevant experience in electrical and/or mechanical roles
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a management or supervisory level within an automated environment
- Comprehensive understanding of production, picking, and storage MHE systems
- Strong knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
