Job Title: Kitchen Cabinet Installer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Cabinet Installer to join our team at Tormynak Contracting Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing interior prefabricated products, including kitchen cabinets and vanities, in a fast-paced construction and renovation environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be able to read blueprints and specifications, and have experience with hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install interior prefabricated products, including kitchen cabinets and vanities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand and power tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in construction, renovation, or installation
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced construction and renovation environment, with frequent lifting and bending. The ideal candidate will have excellent physical stamina and be able to work in a team environment.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week.
