Senior Manager, Managed Services Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead our Managed Services team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in AML/FC and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations on AML/FC projects, managing and escalating risks as necessary.
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations on financial crime/AML projects, ensuring compliance with terms of service agreements.
  • Establish quality standards on projects and work with team members to implement a QC process to mitigate risks and adhere to client QC requirements.
  • Utilize AML/FC subject matter expertise and project management skills to effectively manage scope, budget, and timelines on AML/FC projects.
  • Identify and manage prompt resolution of potential risks and issues while managing client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 6-7 years or more of AML/FC experience, with an understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and coach teams of more than 50 employees, including managers.
  • Ability to lead projects, develop timelines, coordinate project teams, and implement action items during the life of a project.
  • Ability to exercise AML subject matter expertise and project management skills to effectively manage scope, budget, and timelines on AML/FC projects.
