Job Title: Senior Manager, Statistical Programming

Everest Clinical Research Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Statistical Programming to join our team. As a key member of our clinical data management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of statistical programming standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and maintenance of statistical programming standards and guidelines
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior statistical programmers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of statistical programming into clinical trials
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of statistical programming deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements:
  • M.Sc., M.A. or higher degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or relevant fields
  • Minimum 9 years' experience in clinical trial data processing and manipulation, statistical programming, and analysis
  • Strong leadership and technical skills, with ability to effectively plan, control, and carry out tasks in SAS programming, statistical analysis, and submission of trial data and results to regulatory agencies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
