Job Title: Beauty Shop Manager

Ongles Mignons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Shop Manager to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional beauty services to our clients.

Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations of the beauty shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing staff.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, promoting the beauty shop's services.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the beauty shop's success.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Work setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service.
  • Supervision: 5-10 people.
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, fast-paced environment, and physically demanding.
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
