Job Title: Beauty Shop Manager

At ONGLES MIGNONS, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Shop Manager to lead our team of professionals in providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality beauty services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily operations of the beauty shop
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Address customer complaints and concerns
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a beauty shop or aesthetic service
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, walking, and attention to detail
Work Environment:
