We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Systems Specialist to join our Contracting group in the Mississauga District Office.

This role will involve performing assisted installation, commissioning, and verification activities on fire alarm-related equipment. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, schematics, submittals, and specifications. Your strong technical skills will enable you to supervise and coordinate work with electricians working on fire alarm systems.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within the fire protection industry and completion of a college diploma in fire protection or electrical/electronic or equivalent experience. Canadian Fire Alarm Association (CFAA) certification or equivalent is required. Knowledgeable of provincial building & fire codes for inspection purposes is also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision care available from day one. You will also have opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.

Please note that this position requires a valid driver's license and ability to lift equipment and tools up to 40 lbs. Strong communication skills and customer service focus are also necessary.
