Key Responsibilities:
- Provide information and training to employers, employees, and the general public on environmental sustainability and health and safety practices.
- Inspect workplaces to identify potential safety and health hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Investigate workplace accidents and illnesses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement health and safety plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in safety audits and programs to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement.
Requirements:
- College or CEGEP education in a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in environmental sustainability or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
