Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 workers, providing guidance and technical advice as needed.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the safety of operations, establish work schedules, and train or arrange for training of staff members.
  • Quality Control: Implement measures to improve productivity and product quality, set up machines and equipment, and recommend personnel actions.
  • Logistics: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a supervisory role
  • Personal Qualities: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, judgement, organization, reliability, team player, accuracy, and dependability.
Benefits
  • Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
