About the Role:

Laprairie is seeking a highly skilled Fleet Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our fleet management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage equipment documents, including setup and disposal, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain current and accurate data systems, including annual registrations and prorate renewals.
  • Assist in the annual corporate asset insurance renewal process and handle requests from operations and maintenance teams.
  • Prepare fleet-related reports for internal review and analyze monthly fuel usage.
  • Oversee Fleet Complete GPS accounts and review quarterly IFTA reports.
  • Maintain and complete AMVIC and CVIP renewals, and prepare intercompany equipment rental agreements.
  • Assist accounting with equipment revenue and cost analysis, and oversee annual asset, equipment, and vehicle counts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience with fleet administration and asset management programs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office, with above-average skills required.
  • Experience with equipment plating and asset management.

What We Offer:

Remuneration will be based on experience and expertise in fleet maintenance and management.
