Assistant Manager

Cineplex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our theatre operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, leading and managing a dedicated team of employees, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the guest experience to ensure every guest who visits our facility is satisfied and excited about their next visit
* Assisting with leading and managing a dedicated team of employees and taking an active hand to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained
* Managing the theatre's budget and growing revenue
* Forecasting and initiating action/projects to drive the business forward and strengthen Cineplex Entertainment as Canada's #1 premier film exhibition company
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in a similar environment, strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills, and schedule flexibility to work extended hours as required.
