Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Director to lead our inventory management efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels, improve supply chain efficiency, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain executive-level reporting to identify key initiatives and improvement areas.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop strategies and processes to deliver industry-leading supply chain flexibility.
  • Collaborate with corporate inventory and finance leadership teams to align on inventory reserve methodologies.
  • Measure customer forecast to actuals and the impact on non-performing inventory.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-customer learning to address forecast accuracy challenges.
  • Develop long-term strategy plans and annual plans for inventory, supported by harmonized inventory models.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of electronic manufacturing environments, materials, and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of supply chain management, operational excellence, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to lead, manage, train, and motivate a diverse group of managers and employees.
Physical Demands
  • Duties are performed in a normal office environment.
  • Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
  • Repetitive manual movements are frequently required.
