Job Title: Scheduling Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Phone Operator and Scheduler to join our team at Randstad Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication with our customers and efficient scheduling of appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally answer and make phone calls to provide information and address customer concerns.
  • Assist customers with scheduling appointments, confirming, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient scheduling and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer requests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain organized appointment scheduling systems and communicate effectively with customers regarding appointments.
  • Perform receptionist duties with a friendly demeanor, providing a positive experience for customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a phone operator or receptionist role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using office software and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
