Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision

Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.

Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, including the coordination of cleaning schedules, inventory management, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

Quality Control

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Customer Service

Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and support.

Financial Management

Manage the financial aspects of the housekeeping department, including the maintenance of financial records and the coordination of contract services.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role.

Language

English language proficiency.
