As an experienced painter, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and durable surfaces on interior and exterior structures. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work at heights.
About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual who can estimate costs and materials, prepare surfaces, mix paint, and apply various finishes. You will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
Responsibilities- Create smooth, even, and long-lasting painted surfaces using airless spray equipment, brush painting, and patterned rollers.
- Mix paint to desired color and texture, taking into account the specific requirements of each project.
- Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring precision and quality.
- Erect scaffolding and swing stages, as well as attach rigging, to facilitate safe access to working areas.
- Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Estimate costs and materials, considering factors such as surface area, material type, and labor requirements.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in painting and surface decoration.
- Reliability, team player attitude, and strong time management skills.
- Manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work at heights.
- Fluency in English language.
