We are seeking a skilled Culinary Artist to join our team at Cosmos Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and overseeing the preparation and cooking of meals.

• Menu Planning and Food Management
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers
  • Estimate food requirements and manage inventory to minimize waste
• Kitchen Operations
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation and cooking
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques
• Quality Control and Safety
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
  • Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of food quality
• Team Management
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge
• Inventory Management
  • Manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources
  • Develop and implement systems to track inventory and monitor usage
• Cleanliness and Maintenance
  • Ensure kitchen and work areas are clean and well-maintained
  • Develop and implement systems to maintain equipment and facilities

• Education
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Work Experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
