- Demonstrated experience in directing, planning, and managing project requirements to ensure efficient, effective, and economical delivery of services.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching multidisciplinary senior management teams in the development and implementation of a diverse range of projects.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; presentation skills, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to challenge and remove any unnecessary barriers to product or process delivery.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
- Conflict management, negotiation, influence, and issues management skills.
- Supervisory skills and the ability to provide inspirational leadership, manage performance, provide coaching, motivation, and corrective action when necessary.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts, stakeholders, partners, and clients.
