Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Construction Specialist to join our team at AP Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload and transport construction materials safely and efficiently.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt in accordance with project specifications.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs under the guidance of experienced construction professionals.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings using safe and effective methods.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants promptly and effectively.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, ensuring they are properly maintained and operated.

Work Environment:

This role involves working outdoors in various locations, often in fast-paced and dynamic environments. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow strict safety protocols to ensure your well-being and that of your colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
