Carpenters Foreman/Woman

Ridgetechone Reinforcing Corp. is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenters Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of carpentry components, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Inspect and approve the quality of carpentry work, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate carpentry work.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, managing inventory and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior carpenters, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to the development of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of supervising and coordinating carpentry teams.
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
