As a Food Service Supervisor at TIM HORTONS, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team. Your key responsibilities will include supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to stand for extended periods. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment and adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
