We are seeking a skilled Farm Worker to join our team at 4 Brothers Farm and Cannery. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and productivity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas
  • Clear fields of wood and stones
  • Greenhouse cleaning
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications
  • Mixing fertilizer
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
  • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Perform general farm duties
  • Examine product for quality and its readiness for the market

Requirements

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 35-40 hours per week
