Job Title: Farm Worker

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Farm Worker to join our team at 4 Brothers Farm and Cannery. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop care and farm maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • Clear fields of wood and stones.
  • Perform greenhouse cleaning.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Mix and apply fertilizer.
  • Fertilize and spray crops.
  • Harvest crops.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
  • Maintain quality control and production records.
  • Perform general farm duties.
  • Examine product for quality and readiness for the market.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week.
