Retail Store Manager

At T-shirt Time, we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve product presentation.
- Team Management: Supervise and train sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
Our store is a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
