Job Responsibilities:
- Present business cases to executives and committees to secure funding, seek agreement on product direction, gain acceptance around risks and issues.
- Ensure development and delivery teams are aligned with product strategy and customer expectations across features and timelines.
- Partner with Sourcing and Business Management to drive supplier contracts, renewals, and related spend.
- High emotional intelligence with ability to influence customer outcomes.
- Competence in modern work styles (Agile, Scrum/Kanban) and tools (Jira, Roadmunk, ServiceNow etc.).
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365 (cloud offerings).
- Comfortable taking ownership, risks, and accountability for decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
