Your key responsibilities:
- Deploy the Operational Risk Management framework and applicable policies within the WM sector, ensuring seamless integration and effective risk governance.
- Build and maintain relationships with business unit risk managers and other stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Monitor WM projects and ensure proper risk governance, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the organization.
- Conduct analysis, make recommendations to mitigate risks, and ensure the implementation of action plans, driving business growth and minimizing risk exposure.
- Contribute to the evolution of WM's risk culture, promoting a culture of risk awareness and responsible decision-making.
Your team:
This position reports to the Senior Management, Risk Management, Wealth Management, and is in a hybrid mode with offices located in downtown Montreal.

Prerequisites:
