Your Role:
  • Oversee daily operations within a production facility, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Monitor key performance indicators such as productivity, downtime, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of safety and quality within the facility.
  • Coordinate training programs for employees, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance teams to address equipment issues promptly and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents thoroughly, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, including safety, quality assurance, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess a relevant technical diploma or degree in a related field, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in an industrial setting. Alternatively, demonstrate over 10 years of proven experience in manufacturing environments.
  • Exhibit proficiency in mechanical design and drafting principles; familiarity with CAD software is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, particularly in the context of failure analysis.
  • Be adaptable and willing to work rotating shifts, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to operational continuity.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Prior experience within the Oil and Gas sector is highly valued.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality standards, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
