Job Title: Network Support Technician

Xtreme Network Inc. is seeking a skilled Network Support Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for network hardware and software
  • Assist with troubleshooting and resolving network issues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless network operations
  • Support the implementation of new network technologies and systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network configurations and procedures
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in network support
  • Strong knowledge of networking hardware and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to travel for training and support
Preferred Qualifications:
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience with computer and technology knowledge, including networking hardware, servers, desktop applications, and security software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
